Loose Leaf: Spoon 2g (~1 tsp) of NYC Tea into your teapot, filter bag, or strainer of choice and place into your favorite mug. Add ~8-12oz of hot water (185°F /85°C). Steep 1-3 minutes or longer to taste.

Tea Bags: Place 1 Cotton Tea Bag into your favorite mug. Add ~8-12oz of hot water (185°F /85°C). Steep 1-3 minutes or longer to taste.

LOVE THIS BLEND

Okay, so first of all this blend tastes UNREAL! Such a nice citrus and flowers balance and it is so so soothing. Really really helped with my stress!! Oh, and the packaging?? SO CUTE!!!!!
