Our preferred brewing method is to steep the loose-leaf tea directly in a teapot or heat-safe liquid measuring cup. Just add your tea leaves, pour hot water over them, and let them steep (optional: add a little honey for a touch of sweetness!). Once your tea has finished steeping, place the strainer over your mug and pour the brewed tea through it. The strainer will catch the leaves, leaving you with a smooth, evenly brewed cup of tea!
