They only use clean ingredients and it really shows in the flavor and the feeling after I drink it. I also like that the bags are no plastic and cotton instead. It feels a lot safer to drink

Amazing Tea and Customer Service
I ordered the Taemin Tea last week through instagram and I just received the package today (3 days total between placing the order, shipping and arriving in my mailbox)! I want to say thank you so much! The shipping was fast, packaging was fabulous, I love the handwritten note and my absolute favorite has been the communication. Im not sure who runs the instagramsocial media account but the customer service has been so amazing and wonderful. From being understanding of budget issues, reaching out later to see if I wanted the tea again after the re release, taking my order, answering all my questions and being all around an upbeat, positive and friendly human being, I just want to say thank you for having wonderful people on your team who go above and beyond. I was able to try the tea and the blend is amazing! A little definitely goes a long way and it smells delightful.
