Best Matcha Bowl Ever!

I love this matcha bowl! I got gifted the full ceremony set (love that too by the way) and just had to get the matching bowl. It is so pretty. Looks amazing on my counter and it's sooo easy to froth a good matcha in it. I'm still working through the can of matcha that came with my set which shockingly lasts a long time, but will 100% be ordering more when I'm out!

Superb quality matcha that is perfect for lattes

I'm picky about matcha (I drink matcha daily, I've been to tea fields in Japan, abide by the Japanese system of matcha grades, and I am a believer that "culinary" vs "ceremonial" marketing is American bullshit that was spoken into reality after it caught on, the way "selfie" became a real word). The point is, I am a matcha snob, and I like Dream Tea's matcha a lot.

I was initially skeptical but was won over at a trade/craft fair, where the owner & team spoke so expertly of how they sourced the matcha, their rationale for what kind of matcha they selected and why, and the taste characteristics. I was really impressed by their detail and customer service.

The ceremonial matcha they sell is VERY good for making matcha lattes. It truly has a beautiful creamy characteristic that pairs perfectly well with dairy or non-dairy milk. It is robust enough to impart true matcha flavor and can stand up to the milk, and is less astringent than a lot of other matcha blends out there - which makes it all the better for a latte. I am glad to have discovered DreamTea and will be re-ordering after my current tin is used up!

Rich and bold flavor

This matcha is definitely different than what I'm used to. Usually, the matcha I buy has a lighter, grassy flavor, but this one is not like that at all. It's really rich and complex with a nice creaminess that really compliments milk. It's my new go to matcha for at home lattes.
